Just had SLYR-10 window tinting installed on my game room windows. The scheduler, Linda, listened to me and helped me select the tinting that best fit my needs. This involved mailing me a number of samples over time and talking to me about all my concerns. Very professional and easy to work with. Len was the installer and I would advise asking specifically for him if you use PHWT to do your windows. What a personable and competent installer! I'm a big DIY guy and asked many nettlesome "how-do-you-do-that" type of questions. He answered them all explaining in detail the installation of the film on my windows. Would use him again on all my window-tinting needs including automotive. You should, too.

After a sour taste in my mouth working with their competition, I called the window tinting company that makes the product and they recommended Phoenix Home Window Tinting for installation, and I can see why, They tinted our windows in our ceiling and did a very nice job. Linda was very flexible with her time; we were only available for 1 week to measure, order, and install. She was able to do it in 1 day! After the tinting had been done, we were able to not only see the difference, but also feel the difference from the sun. Len was the best installer, and spent the entire day doing the whole house. After the initial 30 day "break in", we noticed an issue with one window (bubble and scratch). After an email and call, the installer inspected and then replaced the 2 pieces of film.
